Samsung Xpress C460W is the world's first NFC (Near-Field Communication) enabled multifunction laser printer. With NFC functionality, users can print documents or photos by simply tapping the printer with a NFC-enabled device like the Samsung Galaxy S4 thereby removing the need to set up a connection beforehand as is the case for wireless printing. The C460W supports multiple functionality - print, copy and scan. The printer is quick as it utilizes dual processors (Main: 533MHz, Sub: 150MHz) and 128MB of memory. Also, the print quality is great for home and home-office use. You will find it to be very quiet and fast compared to traditional multifunctional inkjet printers like the HP Envy 4504 multifunction printer. Samsung uses their own Polymerized Toner that has smaller and more uniform particles, rather than a conventional toner. This makes texts look crisp and colors vibrant. Samsung Xpress C460W also has a host of other features like the One Touch Eco Button that can save on toner and paper by printing multiple pages on one sheet and skipping blank pages. With one touch WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) the printer can quickly and securely connect to a wireless network. Also, the printer allows for printing images and documents directly from a USB memory stick by plugging it into the printer's USB 2.0 port. Samsung Xpress C460W design is compact and the ice grey color creates a modern and elegant look.

If you can't print wirelessly or use NFC functionality, you can still connect to the printer through a traditional Ethernet or USB port. Samsung Xpress C460W is a great multifunction wireless laser printer that is ideal for a small office. We don't recommend this printer for a home environment unless it will be used frequently. For infrequent use, we recommend an inkjet printer like the HP Envy 4504 multifunction printer which would be more cost effective. Please note, this printer comes in another model that is also capable of sending and receiving faxes: Samsung Xpress C460FW.
