Performance - The Intel Core i5 processor provides speed of 1.80GHz and with Turbo Boost Technology it can go up to 2.70GHz. This should provide ample of juice for performing everyday tasks (browsing, checking email, word processing, etc.).
Storage & Memory - The Inspiron 15Z has a 500GB hard disk drive and a 32GB SSD. The memory of 6GB is quiet good for a laptop.

The Inspiron 15Z has 4 USB 3.0 ports which is respectable amount for a laptop in this price category. There are also both HDMI and mini HDMI outputs for HDTV and other supporting device connection. Built-in 8-in-1 media card reader supports most card formats and allows easy transfer of photos from digital camera. The laptop also supports wireless connectivity. Optical drive is included and it can write and burn CDs & DVDs.

The Dell Inspiron 15Z (i15zT-4802sLV) is a good pick for the traditional laptop user who wants a new and fast laptop. While it isn’t a performance powerhouse, it does meet the demands of the average consumer. The display is the only weakness, but competitors with better displays sell for more. If you can still grab it for bit over $500, we absolutely recommend it. There's nothing inherently wrong about Inspiron 15Z and for the money it just offers excellent value. There are not many laptops offering the same features with the same price.
